Terms and Conditions – Glyndale Sands 301, Uvongo Beach Property

1.       Full payment before or on arrival. Keys will only be handed over once the balance agreed upon is paid.

2.       Parking for two vehicles inside. Additional vehicles must park on the street.

3.       Basic Sheets, pillows, bedding provided bring any extra linen you may require

4.       Bring DSTV card and decoder (and power cable), as matching card is troublesome.

5.       3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (mes), open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, large patio with braai, pool with braai area, right on the beach. 9 sleeper ( 2 double beds / dbl sleeper couch / 3 single beds)

6.       Cleaning Service (Optional) R100 per day. An extra cleaning fee will be charged from your key/breakage deposit if the house is not left in a tidy condition. If you wish to employ any help during your stay, I will try and arrange someone for you.

7.       No cheque deposits will be accepted

8.       Please bring your own towels and toiletries that you will need for your stay

9.       Please take all precautionary measures to have a safe and enjoyable holiday. Your safety remains your responsibility. If there are children you are responsible to ensure their safety as well, this includes in and around the pool area, balconies and electrical appliances and fittings.

10.   Check in/out times are flexible unless a group is coming in or out on the same day as you. In such a case check in will be at 15:00, check out will be at 10:00am.

11.   Should the police be called for excessive noise/disturbance your deposit will be forfeited.

12.   9 is the maximum number of people for this unit for comfort reasons, should there be more than 9 arrangements must be made with the owner.

Directions to GLYNDALE SANDS 301. (UVONGO BEACH ROAD)

From the South Coast Highway N2, take the Margate/Uvongo off ramp, turn left at the stop street, turn left again at the traffic lights, follow the road through the next traffic lights, just after the Uvongo spar turn right into Uvongo Beach Rd and follow road, it turns to the left at the ocean, it’s the last complex on the left.

Make sure all vehicles have a copy of the directions and contact details to make life easier.

Booking procedure, VERY IMPORTANT!!!

• Please call 1 hour before paying a deposit and supply your info (ie. Name, Email and Cell no.)
• Email or fax proof of payment to confirm the booking. PLEASE USE DATES OF YOUR STAY AND YOUR NAME AS YOUR REFERENCE (eg. John 15-20 may) To reduce bank charges do an eft where possible.
• Refundable key/breakage deposit of R1000.00 which may be paid on arrival (R2000 for men only groups). Key/breakage deposit will be refunded 3 working days after your departure.
• For booking 50% of total cost to be paid as deposit, balance to be paid (2 week for peak) prior to arrival. Negotiable.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date your deposit will not be refunded unless we can re book someone for that period.
