 Technical Support is something not taken lightly and I fully understand you frustrations when it come to things that just don’t seem to work. Sometimes, it can be something really simple that you are missing and other times it is truly ‘propeller head’ (geek) stuff. Either way, please rest assured that I will do my utmost to assist you where possible with features or functionality on this website. I refer to myself here, since this website is my baby, but I must re-itterate that I am not a web-programmer and should I be unable to assist you, I will refer your issue to a 3rd Party.

For the more complex ‘Geek Stuff’, I rely on a Company, which is based overseas. So, whislt I will personally try to resolve any non-geek technical support issues myself, please understand that sometimes this will get directed overseas, in which case the turn around time may take a while due to time-zone differences.

How to get Support: Members can e-mail me! My e-Mail address is published on correspondence sent from the website (eg. your welcome message). Site Visitors and Members can contact me using the Contact Form on the Contact Page

I will be implementing other methods of support in the near future. LiveChat is one such method, currently being investigated. The consideration with LiveChat, is one of Bandwidth Speed & Usage. It’s a great feature, but can also ‘chew your bandwidth’.

Support News:

I am in the process of writing a FAQ Page, which, will for all intents and purposes assist you with a plethora of tasks. Adding to this, I intend writing a numerous ‘Blog Posts’ or ‘Tutorial Pages’ which will either guide you through the basic processes and offer you more advanced features.
