Terms and Conditions – 83 St Ives Self Catering House, Hibberdene
- Keys will only be handed over once the full amount agreed upon is paid.
- Cleaning Service (Optional) R100 per day. An extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your key/breakage deposit if the house is not left in a tidy condition. If you wish to employ any help during your stay, I will arrange someone for you.
- Max 18 people. 4 rooms with a dbl and single/bunk beds, 2 rooms with bunks, 2 single beds in the lounge. Only basic linen on beds.
- 6 Bedrooms. 3 Full bathrooms, bar, large entertainment area, fully equiped kitchen.
- No cheque deposits will be accepted
- Please bring your own towels and toiletries that you will need for your stay and any extra linen you may need
- Parking for a maximum of 5 cars inside the property.
- Please take all precautionary measures to have a safe and enjoyable holiday. Your safety remains your responsibility. If there are children you are responsible to ensure their safety as well, this includes in and around the balconies and electrical appliances and fittings.
- Check in/out times are flexible unless a group is coming in or out on the same day as you. In such a case check in will be at 15:00, check out will be at 10:00am.
- This house is in a residential area, should the police be called for excessive noise/disturbance your deposit will be forfeited
- Please bring dstv decoder and card, and all its accessories.

- 18 is the maximum number of people for this house for comfort reasons, should there be more than 18 arrangements must be made with the owner.

Travelling south on the South Coast Highway N2, Take the off ramp R102 to Hibberdene, at the traffic lights turn right, follow the tar road and take the second right into Bermuda Drive, first left into Tahiti Drive, first right into St Ives Crescent, it’s the third house on left No.83.
Make sure all vehicles have a copy of the directions and contact details to make life easier.
Booking procedure, VERY IMPORTANT!!!
- Please call 1 hour before paying a deposit and supply your info (ie. Name, Email and Cell no.)
- Email or fax proof of payment to confirm the booking. PLEASE USE DATES OF YOUR STAY AND YOUR NAME AS YOUR REFERENCE (eg. John 15-20 may) To reduce bank charges do an eft where possible.
- Refundable key/breakage deposit of R1000.00 which may be paid on arrival(R2000 for men only groups). Key/breakage deposit will be refunded 3 working days after your departure.
- For booking 50% of total cost to be paid as deposit, balance to be paid (2 weeks for peak) prior to arrival. Negotiable.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date your deposit will not be refunded unless we can re book someone for that period.
